Find Out: Who Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s Children?

Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce from Brad Pitt after two years of marriage but who will get custody of the couple’s six children?
The pair, who got married two years ago, have six kids: Maddox, 14, Pax, 11 Zahara, 10, Shiloh, 9, Knox, 7, and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, 7.

As the acting duo prepare for a divorce settlement, what do we know about the Jolie-Pitt children?

Maddox Chivan was the first child to be adopted by Angelina and her ex-husband Billy Bob Thorton adopted her oldest child, Maddox Chivan in 2002. The pair took in Maddox after finding him in a Cambodian orphanage, but the adoption process took a while due to US government legislation.
Maddox, now 15, reportedly aspires to follow in his adoptive parents footsteps, as he hopes to work in the film industry.
The teen has already began working in the film industry In Angelina’s 2015 film, By the Sea, the talented teen worked behind the scenes as a production assistant.

Zahara Jolie-Pitt, Three years after accepting Maddox into her family, Angelina adopted six-month-old Ethiopian orphan Zahara Marley.
Even though Zahara is known for giving photographers the death-stare, her caring mum has revealed that she’s very girlie and “maternal”.
Just like her older brother, Zahara has enjoyed her film connections.
The 11-year-old girl contributed to Kung Fu Panda 3, providing the voice for one of the minor characters.

In 2006, Angelina gave birth to her and Brad’s first biological child in Namibia.

After the event, pictures of Shiloh were splashed across People and Hello! magazine, in deals which earned Ange over £5.3 million.

Reports have suggested that Shiloh prefers to be referred to as a boy.

Earlier this year, a report from Radar Online suggested that Shiloh, who was born a girl, had asked her parents to be identified as male.

These rumours correlate with an article in Vanity Fair in 2010, which revealed that Shiloh “wants to be a boy” and sees herself as “one of the brothers”.

The family decided to name their child after two Vietnamese words, which translate as “peaceful sky”.

Even though 12-year-old Pax was adopted when he was just three-years-old, reports suggest that he has struggled to cope with the life of fame, regularly avoiding the paparazzi.

Just months after adopting Pax, Brad and Ange revealed that they were expecting twins during the premiere of Kung Fu Panda 3.

Wanting to keep the twins’ names close to Jolie family tradition, Vivienne’s middle name was a tribute to Ange’s mum, while Knox shared his second name with her great-great grandfather.

  Vivienne earned a small part in the Disney film Maleficent, where she starred alongside her mum.
